Making mayonnaise

Cooking Headline : I tried to make a simple recipe for making mayonnaise. Yup, mayonnaise, of course sbagian of us have never tasted food this one. Real mayonnaise is the colloid, namely in the form of water-in-oil emulsion that is mixed with egg yolk (emulgator). 

Apparently easy way to make mayonnaise tuh loh, do not have the materials and tools that weird.Making mayonnaise or whatever food is essentially an alias feeling playing with our intuition. In making mayonnaise else we could use some additional materials according to our taste. Here is a recipe mayonnaise making cost-effective and simple than I, may be useful.Ingredients:

- Egg yolk (4 pieces) 
- Vegetable oil (300 mL) olive oil (recommended)
- Orange juice (3 pieces) 
- Hot water (1 tablespoon) 
- Vinegar / vinegar (1 tablespoon)
- Mustard powder (1 teaspoon)
- Seasonings taste (1 teaspoon)
- Pepper (1 / 2 teaspoon)
- Salt to taste

Making way:
1. Combine egg yolks, mustard powder, salt, pepper, and flavor with a mixer (low speed) or may be stirred manually use the hand (the speed please adjusted) until completely mixed.

2. Enter a little vegetable oil (one tablespoon each time), stirring constantly until mixture thickens.

3. When the dough began to thicken, add lime juice and a little vinegar. then enter the vegetable oil, then     vinegar again, continuously until the vegetable oil and cukanya exhausted. 

4. Enter one tablespoon of hot water, stirring constantly until consistency enough, then the mixture cooled. 

5. Place it at clean and dry, ready to serve. 

6. Mayonnaise can be stored in the refrigerator or enjoyed directly on the spot.
